Potato Slices

  3. Place the cotton balls or pads over your eyes making sure they cover the bottom on your eyes as well.
  4. Leave them on for 10 minutes.
  5. Rinse your eye with cool water carefully.
  6. Repeat once or twice daily to reduce the darkness under your eyes.
